We will insure items at the request of the buyer. All items over $1000 are automatically insured and added to the shipping price unless the buyer requests otherwise. FREIGHT ORDERS Items requiring Freight Shipping are usually shipped out within 2 days after the order is placed. NOTE: If your item requires a flatbed trailer for shipping, booking times have taken up to 2 weeks to arrange a carrier. This is not always the case but has happened in the past. We will arrange freight shipping for you. Just send us your zip code and let us know if it is a Commercial Address or a Residential Address. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock BE SURE TO SPECIFY IF A LIFTGATE SERVICE IS NEEDED. If this information is left out the freight carriers will charge extra fees for having to deliver twice. We will strap your items to a pallet and load at no charge.
