This splicer comes with a FiTeL S321 High Precision Fiber Cleaver, a Hard Carrying Case, and other accessories including a Thermal Jacket Stripper, a Magnifying Glass with Stand, and a Power Cord. It also includes a 6 Month Fusion Splicer Care Kit which includes a Flip Jar Of 99% Alcohol, Non-Lint Dry Wipes, Fiber Optic Wipes w/ 99% Alcohol, Pump Fast Evaporating Mirror Spray, Camera Swabs, and V-Groove Swabs. The Fujikura FSM-40R24 has a very low splice count of only 85 and is in excellent working condition. The Fujikura FSM-40R24 is a fusion splicer that is capable of splicing multiple fibers simultaneously. It has the ability to splice ribbons as large as 24 fibers as well as single fibers. It is ultra-compact and lightweight, with a built-in AC adapter and a dual axes optical path system that automatically adjust for different fiber counts, providing fully automatic, low splice loss performance in less than 50 seconds for SM, MM, DS, and NZ-DS fiber types. The splicers' individual splice loss is estimated for each splice, and 36 pre-programmed splicing modes and five pre-programmed heater modes allow for specialized splicing and various splice protector sleeve types. The Fujikura FSM-40R24 has memory that permits 30 user defined splice mode settings and 10 splice protection sleeve heater settings, as well as storage of downloadable splice data for 80 24-fiber splices or 320 single fiber splices. This fusion splicer is suitable for single-mode and multimode single fiber and 24 fiber ribbon splicing. It has a compact and lightweight design and a color LCD screen that displays all 24 fibers simultaneously. Its fiber splicing capabilities include SM, MM, NZ-DS (non-zero dispersion shifted), and DS.
