It was completely disassembled, cleaned and polished, inspected, reassembled with new parts as needed (including new drive wheels, springs, hardware, bearings, gears, bushings, bridal hooks, rollers, etc), lubed, timed and adjusted to factory specs before being tested by a lineman. Don't take a chance buying a used unit that is likely missing parts or requires a $1200 to $2500 repair, and many of the lashers listed are simply spray-painted to hide imperfections or are missing parts which are obsolete. This was a complete tear-down, clean, inspect and repair/replace parts as needed, rebuilt with almost 100% new hardware, then timed to spec's, lubed and tested by a lineman.
