ACE has been remanufacturing La Marzocco, Synesso, Slayer and Kees van der Westen machines for more than 10 years. We treat the entire process as a manufacturing operation and replace every electrical and mechanical part with brand new original parts. A brand new board will be fitted with new cables and all our remanufactured Linea Classics are fitted standard with ACE Kronos Shot Timer Touchpads. ACE also manufactures custom front panels that allow fitment of Linea PB Touchpads and can offer Linea PB Electronics in place of original electronics. Linea 2AV rebuild candidates are extremely hard to find and we have recently secured 3 late model machines. Options include; Choice of colours - powder coating or electroplating or other finish Option of Linea PB 1/4 Turn Taps Option of Linea PB Panel with Linea PB Touchpads Option of Linea PB Electronics Option of Linea PB Group Caps Option of Independent Brew Boilers Option of addition of Linea PB Gravimetrics Option of 3-Phase conversion with a reasonably balanced load across all 3-phases using a new 2-Pole Steam element Option of "Steam Boost" mode to disable 1/2 of the steam boiler whilst brew boiler is pulsing on. This exclusive feature allows a 2-Group Marzocco to run at under 15-Amps (in a van or cart) with negligible reduction in steam recovery. All machines are built to customer specifications and have a lead time of approximately 4~6 weeks. We can rush through a build - depending on external powder coating availability and other build options required.
