It is a used item but is in very good condition. The case has the odd scuff mark but nothing you wouldn't expect to see on a used item. It is also missing the rubber feet from the bottom but still sits flush without them. The testing engineer also reported that the projection has a yellow band at the very bottom of the image on start up but this drifts down to nothing after 15 minutes or so of use. These machines are tested on an ultra white setting to best show up any flaws in the image so it will probably not prove too noticeable during normal use but we're selling at for spares price anyway. We have a number of these projectors and the image provided is of one of the actual machines being sold. They are all generally speaking in the same condition so as you can see they are in great shape. Please note this unit requires a new bulb, hence the price. This projector has been tested with a good bulb from one of the other machines we have listed so you can be assured it will be fully functional (less the fault described above) once a new bulb is installed. The projector will be supplied with a power cable. If you'd like us to fit a new bulb or supply one with the projector we'll be happy give you a quote to do that. This is simply so we can make a claim with our courier should the damage have been caused in transit. Any other faults are covered for the course of the stated warranty period. Should you be unhappy with any part or service we provide please contact us before leaving negative feedback or opening a case. We'll respond quickly and you'll still have the option to do either if you're not happy with our resolution. We comply with distance selling regulations so you are free to return unwanted goods for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned at the buyers expense and we will refund the full cost of the part but not the shipping. Items such as printers with free shipping will have our shipping cost removed from the refund, normally £10 + VAT. Unwanted Refurbished or Used items must be returned unused and in the condition they arrived in. New items must be returned unopened and unmarked so we can restock and resell. Please do not write directly on new boxes or remove labels or stickers, we'll do that for you when it comes back in. In all cases you must contact us prior to returning a part so we can issue you with a return reference number and provide you with the return address. In the case of faulty items, if after testing the goods turn out to be in good working order or the fault is the result of customer misuse or mistreatment then the return is liable to be rejected. We will always contact you first to resolve the issue in such instances though. All items have an RTB (Return to Base) warranty which means in all cases the buyer is responsible for returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty we will credit you for the cost of the return shipping so please keep a receipt. Delivery We ship the vast majority of orders on the day of purchase but for obvious reasons this will not always be possible dependent on the part and the time of purchase. What warranty do you offer? (A) The Seller will endeavour to ensure that the Buyer receives the benefit of any guarantee or warranty which may have been given to the Seller by a third party manufacturer. (B) The Buyer is responsible for instructing itself on the terms of such guarantee or warranty and ensuring that any conditions are fully complied with.
