Selling One functional HP 6034A 0-60V 0-10Amp 200 Watt DC Power Supply. AC power cable will also ship with unit. Tests: The system was ran through the Turn-On Checkout procedure on pages 3-4 and 3-5 of the operating/service manual successfully. The procedure tested the constant voltage and constant current functions along with the over-voltage circuit. HPIB functionality was NOT tested. A separate HP 973 DMM was connected to output to check the OC voltage: 6034A read out 973 DMM 1.33 V 1.319 V 5.22 5.2 13.52 13.5 32.5 32.42 55.9 55.8 60.0 59.9 A 10.122 Ohm 100W power resistor load was connected to the output, and the 6034A current read-out was noted: 6034A Voltage HP 973 Voltage 6034A Current 1 V 0.987 V 0.1 Amp 5.01 4.98 0.49 10.13 10.09 1.0 ** 19.6 19.55 1.94 23.1 23.06 2.29 ** Above 1 Amp, I had to press the momentary-contact Output Adjust push-button switch to exceed the CC limit of 1 amp. Due to the size of the resistor, I could not exceed 2.5 amps (with a bit of a safety factor). s/n: 2440a-03122 ISSUE: The voltage/current control knob is set up backwards. That is, one needs to rotate the knob counter-clockwise to increase the voltage/current versus the normal direction of clockwise. The exterior of the unit is a bit scuffed up. Originally the unit was listed as parts/non-functional; however, more recent examination of the unit (backward adjustment knob) showed that it does function.
