The Lead-Screw is about 3/8” inches in diameter & has a pitch of about 10. The stage has a KLA part number 740-451952-00 revision A sticker on it. The motor is a Pacific Scientific P21NSXA-LDN-NS-02. Please look at the photos. I do not have the equipment or training to formally power-up & test this item so it is being sold as is, untested.
