“The PE9000A powers-up and heated from about 25°C up to 140°C in about 15 minutes. The CH700A simply made a buzzing noise when power was applied, and it wouldn’t start. Therefore, I believe that this unit will require parts or repair prior to proper operation, so it is being sold as is.”
