This is a commercial quality GaAsFET VHF receiver preamplifier.  Advanced Receiver Research has a reputation for building high quality, high performance products, and this is their highest performing VHF RX preamp.  The GaAs FET design provides a very low noise figure and very high immunity to overload.  This is a P150VDG.   Published specs are: Noise Figure:  .5db Gain: 24db 1db bandwidth:  7.5 Mhz Power input: 12 volts nominal  I have used these down on 2 meters with minimal loss in performance.  This unit is new in the manufacturer's packaging, but has been sitting around the shop for a few years.  I have several of these new in the packages.
