Electric, 24" W, countertop, 23-5/8" W x 24" D grill area, 5/8" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate, thermostatic controls, stainless steel front and sides, 4" legs, 8.0 kW Unit is wired for 3 phase but can be changed to 1 phase by simply referring to the instructions on the wiring diagram! This unit is sold online for over $3200! New*= A new, unused item. The item is missing the original packaging/box, but still has the factory blue scratch resistant tape. Units have never been used!
