Garland MCO-ES-10-A Double Deck Master 300 Convection Ovens. Unit is stacked, as it came from the factory. 3 Phase 208V. With the original flue mounted on the back. Unit is in EXCELLENT shape. I bought this from a school couple months ago planning on using it in our location but we ended up not using it. This oven is literally almost brand new inside. We NEVER even cleaned it when we got it. The inside is SPOTLESS. the fan on the back is still shines as if it came out of the factory yesterday. Compare to other ones you see on Ebay, most of the stainless piece covering the fan is cleaned, and the fan itself is not, so you can see that the oven was more used with the residue still left on the fan. While, this one we're selling, it was never cleaned... look at the pictures. This oven was from a school. The school had two kitchens, one main kitchen, and one "backup" kitchen. This one was in the backup kitchen. The electric never came out of the back of the oven, where there is a cover over it from the factory still on there. Instead, the power went through the control panel box area on the bottom. So both units power goes through the control area to the right of the oven. BOTH ovens power lines come out of the bottom deck. The cord has been cut from the bottom of the oven. I originally planned on removing the panel and just removing the wiring itself but decided to cut it to save time, since the cord ran through the school's floor and the power was off. Again, does not effect anything, you have to wire it anyways when you buy it from anyone, its simple. wire it again from the bottom or do it through the back. They have 6 hot wires (3 for each deck) and just one netural (it is connected to just one for both). Outside of the oven, on the left and right side do have scratches and scrapes from me moving it. It hit one of my door hinges on the way inside my kitchen, then to my backroom for storage. Also, little dent by the control side on the OUTSIDE. see picture.
