You are buying a used Garwood 45,000 pound Winch.  These were off the military vehicle, that was hardly used.  They have rust on them with cosmetic damage( i.e. drum flange is dinged, clutch shift rod is bent, the gear housing cap needs to have the bolts replaced...).  Internally, the gears look very good, with some surface oxidation.  The winch drum shaft bearing has a piece of its brass bushing broken off, and in the bottom of the gear box.   The winch turns and  is sold "as is, for parts or rebuilding". The brake housing cover bolt heads twisted off.  Shipping is 1160 pounds truck freight at buyer's expense.  ***I can help get you freight quotes*** Ohio buyers have to pay sales tax.
