Gas Conversion Kit This is a complete conversion kit to turn your wood or charcoal BBQ smoker into a FULLY AUTOMATIC Gas Combustion Burning Smoker. It comes with everything you need to get up and running. (Controller,Temp Probe and Burner) All you need is an 11w.c. Regulator if you are using propane and also works on natural gas by just drilling the orifice to 3/16". All you need to do is cut 4" hole in your firebox and install clamp flange which burner will clamp into. Once you set the temperature on the Digital Controller The burner will automatically come on and run smoker to temp and shut off, once temp drops 3 degrees below the set temp burner will relight to maintain desired temp automatically. We use these burners on All our Cadillac Cooker BBQ smokers. No one can beat our price. If you buy this burner from distributor it will cost you $1300.00 for this set up. You can still use this burner in BBQ competitions that will not allow the use of gas. All you do is turn off the black gas knob and use charcoal and wood and set the temp on the controller and when it calls for heat the blower fan on the unit will come on and give your coals and wood the air they need to reach your temp automatically.
