stainless steel construction DEEP FRYER commercial grade I believe this is a DEAN but can check on that It is a work horse strong build and a excellent quality deep fryer Of course can use a cleaning some oil/ grease as you see but keep in mind this is stainless steel all that can be cleaned with a sponger and degreaser etc a brillo pad will make this shine Also you can see the difference under the red tape of true color some dust/surface rust hides all that but under the tape as seen it can look great again if you clean this.
