Photos are of the item you will receive, unless stated otherwise. Cosmetic Condition The machine is in fairly good cosmetic condition. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. Please see the photos for more detail. No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. Testing We tested the machine by plugging it in and powering it on. It powers on and spins up properly. However, it makes a slight bumping/clacking noise as the motor is running. We opened the cover to inspect inside and try to find the cause of the noise. With the drive belt disconnected, the motor is silent. We believe the noise originates from the drive unit inside, making sound as the flywheel passes every third or fourth revolution. While inspecting inside, we noticed that the battery holder on the mainboard PCB was completely loose. While this does not appear to affect function, the machine likely will not remember settings. The punch appears to function properly when paper is inserted. Both the edge guide trigger and footpedal initiate punches properly. We had no issues changing settings with the function buttons. It would successfully punch holes into paper stacks. This is the full extent of the testing performed. Due to its condition, the punch is being sold as-is for parts or repair only.
