Photos are of the item you will receive, unless stated otherwise. Cosmetic Condition The machine is in fairly good cosmetic condition. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. Please see the photos for more detail. Includes a foot pedal, but does not include a die. No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. Testing We tested the machine by plugging it in, inserting a die (not included) and powering it on. It powers on and the motor starts running. It punches when triggered, both when the paper stop trigger is activated and with the foot pedal. Without punch pins in the die, we were unable to test punching holes into paper. However, the machine does appear to be fully functional otherwise. This is the full extent of the testing performed. We believe the machine is in working condition. However, we can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described. Return Policy If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it. You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items). Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Shipping This item will require freight shipping or local pick up at our facility in Christiansburg VA 24073. We will add $30 for palletizing the item. This fee includes strapping the item to a skid, wrapping with stretch wrap, cardboard, and bubble wrap when needed.
