All tracking numbers are recorded with 24 hours of shipping and can be accessed right after shipping by logging into your eBay. I update shipping and then within 1 day will at the tracking. We have a 1-2 workday handling time after cleared payment. If an item is damaged in shipping the claim must be made by the buyer if shipped USPS. If an item is damaged in shipping the claim must be made by us if shipped UPS. Note shipping time starts upon receiving payment. Weekends and U.S. holidays’ are not counted as part of the ship time. However if there is ever an issue that arises that was not disclosed we do offer refunds within 14 days.
