Shipping and handling for all orders are via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground Mail depending on the size or weight of the item. We do not work for the post office, and make no guarantees on the shipping time frame from the USPS or UPS. UPS Packages cannot be shipped to a PO Box. All tracking numbers are recorded with 24 hours of shipping and can be accessed right after shipping by logging into your eBay. I update shipping and then within 1 day will at the tracking. We have a 1-2 workday handling time after cleared payment. If an item is damaged in shipping the claim must be made by the buyer if shipped USPS. If an item is damaged in shipping the claim must be made by us if shipped UPS. Note shipping time starts upon receiving payment. Weekends and U.S. holidays’ are not counted as part of the ship time. We want to work with you. After 4 days eBay will open an unpaid item claim against your eBay user ID. Returns: All items are “as is” and no returns. However if there is ever an issue that arises that was not disclosed we do offer refunds within 14 days.
