Specifically, the binding mechanism is not working as expected, although the punch and spine set still functions properly. The screen of the machine is cracked, but it is still operational. Some blemishes and scratches can also be seen on the item. It is being sold in an AS-IS condition with the power chord included. For any queries about the product, do not hesitate to ask.
