It turns on and runs good, all of the functions we could test seem to work great on this item, you can adjust the wire size just fine, and when you start the binding process all of the gears work as they should and since we did not have anything to actually bind with this machine the re-do light came on. This means this item can also properly diagnose. However, We are unable to fully test this item out due to lack of resources. Item is in good condition with only a few minor scuffs from previous ownership. This item looks like it was well cared for in the past. See pictures for more details.
