Our customs office will charge importation tax to every inward packages. This is because of the fact that most of the items we sold are not made in Indonesia and the original import documentations of the same are long lost. This "import tax" is worsened by various fees charge by the couriers, like processing fee, bank fee, handling fee and various other "fees" even though you as a shipper have paid for shipping and it is supposedly be a door to door service minus the import tax. This reality make it hard for us to accept returns and give warranty to International sales. So sorry, and there is nothing we can do about this.
