This is GE 5SME39SS0263 1HP 120/240V 1050 RPM Blower Motor only (no module offered)  used part.  This motor was removed by HVAC installer from a working unit on June 28th (2021). Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition.  The motor has been tested for proper work by professional HVAC installer before listed. Runs great. The part is in good cosmetic condition. Please see more details from the images attached. Pictures are the part of description.
