This item is brand new................Just a little bit of damage to the packaging.....which came off after the item was in my possession. No damage to the item itself of course. This item looks to be of high quality as it has a little bit of weight to it. Features: Electronic Time Stamp......Records last 9 access events..............................Perfect for if your business has a patrol or guard service serving you. Quick access..........One Handed operation. Leave key for others.......Convenient code change. Low Profile...................slim design compliments door frame. All Metal construction Mounts easily - includes mounting hardware - screws - but these days with security being more important that ever I would suggest mounting this with at least 6 inch screws if mounting in wood, or if mounting on a steel door I would mount this with threaded screws and a locking nut, locking washer combo. JUST a suggestion as I do security for a living!!! Includes battery - may need to be replaced as this item is of 2004 manufacture!!!!! NOTE: it looks like all it takes is the same battery that you would see on a motherboard of a desktop computer.....EASY TO FIND!!!! Please see all photos as they tell more info from the packaging.......... Please note: I've seen a couple of versions of this item on here one is the 001862(this one) and the other is the 001923!!
