Both result from Agfa’s advanced emulsion technology and ultramodern high-tech coating processes. D5 film is used in radiology where good image quality is required with a relatively short exposure. D5 is suitable fro radiography with gamma, MeV, and high-energy sources for dense materials ranging from medium- to thick sections. D5 is a relatively fast extra-fine grain film intended for use with or without lead screens.
