This is GE ECM 1 HP MOTOR 5SME39SL0301 Furnace Blower Motor programmed MOT09233 D341314P05 CCW LE rotation part.  his part was removed from a working furnace by professional HVAC installer. Old equipment was replaced because homeowner upgraded old system by new one.
