I have two of these ballast, and you are bidding on a brand-new one, identical to the one that I have already taken out of the box and wired to a socket. The pictures are of the unit I am not looking to sell, but they are the same in every respect. As you can see, the 400W ceramic metal halide GE SPXX bulb is extremely bright when used on this amazing ballast, I have a 400W CREE LED fixture and this ballast with the bulb is hands down more powerful subjectively and when measured with the flux meter at a distance of 1 ft. I also have a bulb or two, two brand new and one ignited three times, if you would like to get one along with the ballast, 4500K I believe, just ask and I will list it. The ballast actually consumes 418W after warming-up for 5 minutes, which is very high efficiency, over 95%.
