 GENERAL ELECTRIC 1/4HP MOTOR WITH PULLEY SET-UP FOR VINTAGE GRINDING & STONE WHEELS This auction is for a very cool vintage GE motor with a pulley that turns a grinding wheel.  I ran wires to the motor and it was smooth and quiet.  This motor has been tested and turns freely.  It easily moves the grinding wheel.  The motor is made by General Electric and is Model 5KH44HD32X.  It is a 1/4hp motor with 115v.  The pulley on the end of the motor has a chip as can be seen in the pictures.  I ran the motor for a few minutes and the chip did not impact the belt turning.  The grinding wheel is very cool.  One of the wheels measures 8" in diameter and the other measures 5" in diameter. This is a vintage set-up that is enjoyable to run.  The mounting board is very heavy and will not be included in the auction.
