NSNP - New Surplus NO Packaging - All items are new, never used and out of the original factory packaging. Maybe because that is how we received them from the factory or you are ordering less than a factory carton quantity. Surplus and older items may not come with manual(s) or other documents normally supplied when buying current, newer items.
