GE M12L Ultrasound Transducer Probe model 2138793, 8.75-12.0/D6.25MHz. SN-3627US7. This comes from a working environment but we are unable to test-being sold as is, no returns. It has some marks and the plastic is loose at the base of the probe. Please see pictures and email me with any questions.
