ZENITH MX250 ATS CONTROLLER TESTED AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH MICROPROCESSOR UNIT Tested and Refurbished This one is currently set for 480VAC, standard transition with 3 phase sensing on both sources, but can be changed easily. It also has the exerciser, sync check and rotation check enabled. Similar controllers are often offered “AS IS, presumed to work, but never tested”, but why waste time on something that isn’t configured for the type of ATS you have, and may not even power up? This unit is RECONDITIONED, TESTED and GUARANTEED to operate a Zenith ZT ATS with the low voltage Relay /Transformer box. Refurbishing included adding a new exerciser calendar/clock battery. The MX250 is an excellent controller that provides the manual and automatic functions to monitor and run GE Zenith ATS models. There may be some cosmetic scratches on the case or the LCD screen. However, the controller, screen, backlight, outputs, inputs, buttons, normal and emergency voltage sensing and other circuits have been bench tested and verified to work. This MX250 controller is an exact plug-in mate to the low-voltage system-sensing and limit-switch wiring on an ATS supplied with an existing MX200 or MX250 model controller. If Source two is set for single phase sensing, this can also be directly dropped in and used instead of a MX100 or MX150 controller on an existing ATS. I can configure the unit type and voltage (if you leave a message during checkout) before shipping, and will also provide instructions on how to alter the options later yourself if desired. This auction includes: MX250 CONTROLLER, firmware v6.2. Backlit 4x20 character LCD screen. Includes new installed 10-year battery for exerciser clock/calendar. Configuration to match the system voltage and switch configuration of your existing ATS (Tell me your setup at checkout if you want it changed) Passwords to configure and calibrate voltage and other available GE Zenith Options and features. This auction does not include additional interface relays, or the configuration key. These can be purchased separately from my other auctions. The controller includes a programmable exerciser, over- and under-voltage sensing, phase rotation sensing, and supports many options including T3/W3, Q2/Q3, A3, A4, E, L, P1, T, U, W, auxiliary indicators, and others. If the wiring for the option is present, this controller can probably support it. This is ready to bolt into an existing ATS that has a working Relay/Transformer box, wire-harness, and mechanism. Any System: (2-wire 1-phase), (3-wire 3-phase), (4-wire 3-phase) and any voltage can be set: 120/208, 277/480, 220/380, 575VAC, 50Hz, 60Hz, and others. May be set to operates with ATS units as Open (Delay) transition, Closed Transition, or Standard Transition, and supports different styles of limit switches on the transfer mechanism. Timing of transfers is adjustable. This unit is compatible to substitute for the following GE Zenith controls models: 50P-1161RPL MX200/250 Field Replacement Kit - Factory Programmed 50P-1161SPR MX200/250 Replacement Spare Controller Kit If you get an MX250 replacement in NEW condition it will probably cost $2,500-$2,800. Also, new MX200 models are no longer sold, since you are expected to upgrade to the MX250 instead, which is fully compatible.
