All of the knobs and switches seem to be working, but I have no real knowledge of how to test this item. The left test voltage knob has electricl tape on it and is helping keep the broken knob cover in place. The knob is still functioning. Overall a great used Gen Rad 1864 Megohmmeter that has some cosmetic scuffs and scratches.
