The machine was properly maintenanced and works as it should. This came out of the dental office that I work for so I used it often. Comes with all you see plus the balance weights. It is pick up only unless you want to pay extra for it to be shipped and then you will have to have the person doing the shipping come to me to pick it up. I can help load it. (It is very heavy so you will need more than one person) from here but after that it will be up to you. My husband said that if you want to rent a uhaul he will be glad to bring it to you for a negotiable price.
