Up for sale is a NEW IN BOX Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster!  Model #: CBR-101 Color: Red I actually have 2 of the these, keeping one, so happily letting this one go to a home roaster enthusiast. If you don't know how these work it's pretty simple. Basically you put 200 grams of green coffee into the roaster, set it at about 12.5 minutes and turn it on! That'll give you a nice light roast. However, you can also adjust temperature setting and time depending on ambient temperatures to get the exact roast you like. You can also roast up to a half pound, but that'll take far more cooling. 200 grams will give you coffee for a good 7-10 days. Purchasing green coffee is also easy: Sweet Maria's online or most any shop that roasts their own can sell you green coffee. It's a great education into the process and you'll learn all about green coffee, where it comes from, the quality and characteristics of the bean - really honing in on what you want out of your morning brew.
