This unit is in the steel enclosure in factory beige with some very minor cosmetic blemishes from being in the retail store storage and moved around. These blemishes causing it to have been put in storage rather than used as a showroom display until now being available for sale with special conditions and savings. the price listed is the retail price so make an offer but please be real. These minor cosmetic blemishes don't are barely noticed Unless your really looking. After all It does sit outside plant some shrubs around it if you need to. “(NOTE:THREE DOTS IN THE MIDDLE OF EACH PIC IS FROM CAMERA)We have acquired several of these unused from new gen-sets that have been stored in a retailers whse. as inventory. This one has the light beige metal enclosure. They show a little metal nut and bolt surface rust on some metal parts from storage atmospheric surroundings this unit also has a slightly bent top from another item being set on the top in the ware house (see pics)with other slight cosmetic scratches causing the item to not being a show floor display candidate. Also neither of the removable access panels on the sides have the sound insulation included or installed. These units have never been hooked up, installed or fired up still attached to factory shipping pallet. The price listed is the retail price for reference so consider the above information and make an offer. This is for the 45 kw beige metal surround unit there are two more a 60 kw with a metal beige surround and a 45 kw in a grey aluminum cabinet.”
