 Here is a meter made by GE. On the dial it says "position" and on the rear it says "voltmeter". I have checked it with a variable DC power supply and it does work. A full scale reading of the dial requires 5 volts. I'm not sure what this meter was installed in, an airplane perhaps. The dial face is 3 3/4 inches diameter and the mounting flange is 4 5/16" square. Add it to your collection. Priority mail shipping. Thanks
