Manufacturer: View Engineering Condition: Used. This scanner is in Fair-to-Good cosmetic condition considering its age. There are lots of scuffs and scratches in the paint, and the air regulator is a non-standard replacement part. There are a few missing cover screws and a broken SMEMA conveyor connection. The calibration label is still current (through January 2013), but the 2012 Preventative Maintenance schedule stopped being updated a few months ago. Notes: We applied air and electric power and this machine booted to a windows-like operating system. X, Y, and Z axes went to their home positions on initialization. We do not have the boards programmed in by the last user to run a full test, but we were able to get the machine to image a circuit board. When the machine was taking a picture, the LASER ACTIVE light came on. From within the software we were able to get the conveyor to run both ways, the fixturing plate to raise and lower, the shutters to open and close. We are not expert in the use of this system, but it seems to be working. No other testing was done. You will have to supply the expertise to adjust and program this scanner for your testing, No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
