Most of the electronic components of other brand  printhead  boards are not in good quality and also  not been tested for aging performance as well as short time of loading of electricity. This new printhead board applies aluminum heat  sinks which gives good performance of heat dissipation. Other brand printhead boards use iron heat sinks  which don’t dissipate heat well. 1. Disconnect the cables from the head board. 2. Move the screws and disconnect the connector. 3. Place the head board to the new one. 4. Connect all the cables to the head board. 5. Carry out the following checks:     • THERMISTER CHECK     • HEAD UP/DOWN SENSOR CHECK     • FAN ON THE HEAD BOARD Quality report:   Shipping     FREE!
