     Description Applicable Model: Roland XC-540 / XJ-540 / XJ-640 / XJ-740 Net Weight: 500g/pc Gross Weight: 800g/pc Packing Size: 11.8" x 8.7" x 3.5"(300 x 220 x 90mm) Remarks: OEM Part No.: 6700731100 This is a high quality generic board that corresponds to Roland original part 6700731100 replacing 6700311110.   Through strict selection of electronic components, the new printhead board has been passed the aging test with maximum loading time of electricity to 120 hours. This new printhead board applies aluminum heat sinks which gives good performance of heat dissipation.   Most of the electronic components of other brand printhead boards are not in good quality and also not been tested for aging performance as well as short time of loading of electricity. Other brand printhead boards use iron heat sinks which don’t dissipate heat well. 1:Disconnect the Cables from the Head Board. 2:move the screws and disconnect the connector. 3:place the Head Board to the new one. 4:Connect all the Cables to the Head Board. 5:Carry out the following checks.    1).Thermister check     2).Head up/down sensor check     3).Fan on the head board   Shipping     FREE!
