New Gentex Smoke Detectors with Strobe for the Hearing Impaired Series 7109/7139 710LS-W ADA Compliant Photoelectric Strobe Smoke Alarm. 120VAC Photoelectric Smoke Alarm with Flashing Strobe Light US Made Ideal for use with the Deaf or Hearing Impaired. The bright flashing strobe light alerts deaf or hearing impaired individuals to alarm activation. Single-station/multiple-station smoke alarm provide early warning of smoke with photoelectric sensing. The portable LS series devices are equipped with a 9 foot line cord that lets you instantly equip any room with a 177-candela (very bright) visual and 90-decible (very loud) audible signal, all in one device. Standard Features: 177 candela rating is ADA compliant Solid-state, non-latching 90 dB Horn Patented three-position test switch tests operation and reduces nuisance alarms 9 VDC battery backup w/audible low battery chirp on selected models Nominal 2.5% sensitivity Form "C" auxiliary relay contacts for remote annunciation (CS models) Tandem connection up to 6 detectors per system (CS models)> 9 Foot 120VAC linecord plugs into any outlet (LS models) Temporal 3 Evacuation Sounder (on selected models) 710/713/7109/7139 Series Product Data Sheet [PDF]
