You are bidding on Two giant 8' red vinyl Quizno's Sub helium advertising balloons for sale.  Both balloons were used and have been inspected for leaks.  Both units come with harnesses and sand bags for weights.  The units were previously used and one unit was damaged during inspection requiring two small patches prior to inflation with helium. Takes one standard sized helium tank per balloon to fill, lasts for minimum of two weeks or longer depending on the weather. Can be deployed using a ski rope to any height required.  Has a large opening inlet with safety seal cap that could allow for a small battery operated LED strobe light to be inserted into the balloon for added effect.  LED lights not included. 
Condition Used :
An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
Seller Notes “Two Giant vinyl balloons previously used with some patches, and or cosmetic blemishes. The units were inflated with a small shop vac and held air. However, one unit was damaged during the inspection and requiring two small patches prior to inflation with helium. It has 1/4" tear, and a pin hole that will need another patching. Other than that both units are in excellent mechanical shape and are ready to work.”
