Gigatronics Model 600 Synthesized Microwave Signal Generator6-12Ghz  (Configuration 1,5,9) w/AM, FM & Pulse ModulationSpecs: 6-12Ghz (1Mhz resolution) with output power levels from +10 to -110dbm (0.1 db resolution). The RF output can internally or externally modulated in AM (10Hz to 10kHz), FM 10Hz to 1MHz) modulation modes. Lock light did not come on at first, but when I turned unit off then on again, lock light stayed on. Once lock light is on it does stay on, this is why I listed it as parts/repair. It may only be a simple adjustment, you can always get lock light on you just may have to cycle power once or twice. Unit has output (See Pics) Power meter readings @ -20, -10 & 0db. I don't know how accurate the power meter is, had to keep zeroing it. Both AM and FM modulation controls vary percentage on display. Unable To Test Any Further/Sold As-Is!****Guaranteed Not DOA!*** ***Very Nice Cosmetically (Knobs, Front Panel Etc.) All Displays Work!***
