Notes: When power was applied to the fryers, all the coils turned on and got real hot within seconds. We could not get the lifts to work in the small fryer. We do not know if it is a programming or fault issue. We did not program the fryers, though we were able to change the "set temperature". Two of the casters fell off when we placed it on a pallet. The casters go back in the holes but to not securely fasten into position. The drain pan(s) and screens that are located under the drain table are missing and will have to be replaced for proper operation. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
