This listing is for a CF400 Giles gas fryer.  I got it from a restaurant that closed in Arizona. When I came by this,  it was very dirty. After a lot of degreaser and elbow grease, it is clean once more. I do not know much about it, but I need to make some space. When plugged in, the electric functions seem to work just fine, as well as the sounds and beeps. I do not have a gas hook up at my house so I am unable to test it out, which is why I am listing it at such a lower price. Auction is for "as is" and local pick up only is available.
