We are upgrading to a roof unit and no longer need it in our restaurant. It is VERY clean. Looks hardly used. I took the cover off the back to show the ANSUL system as seen in the photos. Includes all accessories including extra electrostatic filter and dry tank, baffles, all ANSUL tanks and other hardware. Just needs a carbon filter which are readily available and routinely replaced depending on usage. Can run equipment table underneath with 240V basket fryer or full size electric fryer. Also including a robust stainless steel control panel which is 88'' tall with hood, interlock and appliance outlets to make your electrical setup very streamlined. I will of course assist buyer throughout the pickup. If shipping, buyer may choose freight service with lift gate and I will work with them. It can open up opportunities to prepare and serve delicious fried foods in areas where it was previously prohibited. It features a higher profile that is capable of accommodating most any pressure fryer on the market, while still fitting under an 8'6" ceiling. Another beneficial feature of the FSH-2A-99 is an interlocked appliance power receptacle, making installation simpler than ever. The one-of-a-kind FSH-2A-99 stainless steel hood satisfies grease-laden vapor removal requirements for a variety of electric foodservice equipment and applications. Final charging and testing of the system must be performed by an authorized Ansul agent.
