Glas-Col 102B Heating Mantle RETURN POLICY For returns, we accept returns for up to 14 days upon delivery. We ask that you please open up a return within eBay returns, which can be found by going to “Purchase History” and selecting the return option from the drop down menu for the particular item. Please do not just send an item back because we do assign return ID’s. Refunds will be issued upon the delivery of the item back to us. If item is returned in nonsalable condition (worn, washed, and without hangtags attached), a 20% restocking fee is taken off of your refund. EXCHANGE POLICY We do not simply just do an exchange. What we do is have you return the item using our return policy. Then upon receiving the return, we will complete a refund. You will then have the option to buy an item as an exchange if you so choose. PAYMENT POLICY Please complete payment within 48 hours of purchase. We accept Paypal and eChecks. CANCELLING A TRANSACTION If you no longer want an item please immediately send us a transaction cancellation or contact us to send you one. This will avoid us opening an unpaid item case. SHIPPING/HANDLING TIME POLICY Please pay attention to the handling time listed for the items. Usually we will offer 1 business day handling time, however, sometimes we will extend that. Also, the handling time is for business days (Monday-Friday). For instance, if you purchase an item on Friday, it will not be handled until Monday and will be dropped off Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. During the other days of the week, we will get the items out by handling them the day after purchase. Please see the hours of operation below to see what the cutoff time is for getting a package out. SHIPPING METHODS INCLUDE USPS, UPS AND PILOT FREIGHT. LEAVING YOU FEEDBACK Feedback will be left for buyers at the end of each week (Friday) for that week of sales.
