This auction includes the following components: control box, motor system, and 099D A260108 - 1/2" Precision Keyless Chuck. Note that the rear output on the control box does not work, but the front output does, and the unit is in excellent physical condition. Data on shear stress, shear rate, velocity gradients, and viscosity can be easily accumulated with external DC multi-volt signals for speed and torque available through an output port on the rear of the control. Additionally, operator convenience and safety are increased with cord connections between drive motors and controls to allow control placement away from hostile environments. The unit comes with a 14-day guarantee against being DOA from receipt. We are not responsible for any damage caused through or by the use or misuse of our products, and no returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. This auction is for the GLAS-COL 099D-HST20N continuous duty mixer motor controller, featuring a 120V 3Amps motor system. The HST20N overhead stirrer and chuck allow you to maintain stirring speed with a 1/8 hp, totally enclosed, permanent-magnet DC motor. The unit comes with a digital readout that displays speed in rpm's and torque in oz-in, making it easier to measure viscosity. The unit has a max RPM of 2500 and a torque of 3.1 lb-in\3.57 kg-cm\0.34 N-m, and actual speeds are displayed and maintained by a synthetic tachogenerator.
