Description: The GME14 Hammer Mill is an extrememly durable and affodable rock crusher that is design to crush ore down to a fine powder to liberate or free the gold (or other valuable mineral). This hammermill form Global Mining Equipment has been an on-going project with our resources in East Africa that have developed the most productive and yet affordable to operate hammermill. The enhanced features have allowed for much longer lasting hammers as well as a screening system that is unmatched in the industry. Features: The GME14 Hammer Mill is an assembled hammermill rock crusher that is ready to use immediately upon receipt. The hammermill is able to crush material up to 2" (51mm). 1" (25mm) material will increase production as well as reduce wear on the hammers. The hammermill rock crusher will produce between 1 (910kg) and 3 tons (2721kg) per hour. Using a 20 mesh (1mm) screen will produce up to 3 tons (2721kg) per hour in production. Using a 35 mesh (.5mm) screen will produce between 1 (910kg) and 1.5 tons (1360kg) per hour. The GME14 Hammer Mill can be fitted with an electric motor, gas engine, diesel engine or no engine The pillow block bearings are the top of the line Split Housing Bearings The drive shaft is 2" (50mm) The interior disc system is a newly designed patent pending system that will not slip and will accomodate changing the 10 hammers in less than 10 minutes. The proprietary screening system is extremely unique and very durable. We are able to cut our screens to fit a specific order; however, our typical screens are 20 mesh (1mm) and 35 mesh (.5mm) The hammermill rock crusher internal wear plates are 3/8" (9.5mm) and are made of a 400 Brinnel Hardness Material. These internal wear plates are long lasting and can be replaced in very little time.
