This is the jacket that I used for the Fire Academy. Just graduated and now have no real use for it. I used it for the entire class and it suited me just fine, never had any problems with it. The chest is 42, length is 32. I am 5'8" 175lbs and it fit me fine. It comes equipped with DRD (drag rescue device) and it is made by Globe. The velcro around the neck joining the outer shell and liner is coming loose but still stays together. Perfect for minimum standards. The Florida State Fire Marshall did a gear check on all of us and he had no issue with it so if you are looking to use this for fire school you should have no issue.
