The Globe G12 Medium Duty Manual Slicer is great for anyone needing to do moderate slicing throuhout the day. This slicer feature a 12 inch knife and slicing with this slicer is made simple with a smooth stainless steel ball bearing chute slide, motor overload protection and a removable slice deflector. And controlling this unit feels great thanks to adjustment knobs for a better grip, dual purpose handle with ergonomic design and an ideal 35 degree slicing angel. This slicer slices from 0 to 9/16 inches thick and is great for any business that uses a slicer throughout the day. This unit is in great shape and is still at the restaurant. Used to use it only to cut cheese, but now we purchase pre-sliced cheese. After every use, it was taken apart and cleaned with detergent and sanitizing solution. It is in great shape and was purchased for just under $1500 new about 18 months ago (has not been used for last 8 months). Feel free to ask any questions.
