 When it comes to demanding commercial foodservice environments, the 30 qt Planetary Mixer (SP30) from Globe is ideal. It is designed for heavy-duty mixing with heat-treated hardened steel alloy transmission gears that operate the planetary action and provide high torque mixing power. This cast iron mixer is finished with an NSF approved gray enamel paint and includes a six foot cord with plug. Included with this mixer is a 30 quart stainless steel mixing bowl, aluminum spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum flat beater, removable stainless steel bowl guard with ingredient chute and industry standard #12 attachment hub. The removable bowl guard and bowl lift lever are interlocked meaning that the mixer will shut down when the guard is open or not properly installed and when the bowl is lowered. This mixer also features front mounted controls with a 15 minute timer.  Features     Gear-driven high torque transmission with three fixed speeds Removable stainless steel bowl guard with ingredient chute Permanently lubricated transmission Thermal overload protection   Rigid cast iron body #12 attachment hub Benefits       Front mounted controls and 15 minute timer allow for effortless operation Heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts for improved durability Non-slip rubber feet keep mixer stationary Ship Weight 565 lbs.
